Returns and refunds

If something isn't right, tell us within 1 day of delivery from your order page or on WhatsApp (0700000125).

• Items should be unused and in their original packaging, with tags where they had them.
• If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we collect it and refund you in full, delivery included.
• Refunds go back to the M-Pesa number you paid with, usually within 48 hours of the return reaching us.

Fresh flowers cannot be returned. If they arrive damaged or wilt within a day, send us a photo within 24 hours and we will replace them.
