How late can I order for same-day delivery?
Order by 1pm Monday to Saturday for delivery the same afternoon in Nairobi. Sunday orders by 10am.
Can I add a card message?
Yes. Every order includes a free handwritten card. Add your message at checkout.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?
The style, size and colours will match. Some seasonal flowers may be swapped for something of equal value, and we will always send you a photo before delivery.
How do I keep my flowers fresh?
Trim the stems at an angle, use a clean vase, change the water every two days and keep them away from direct sun.
